Active in the social sector for over 38 years. His wide network with local authorities helps resolve village-level issues quickly. As a State Level Master Trainer for the 14th Finance Commission, he led the preparation of Gram Panchayat Development Plans.
He is a Panchayat Raj trainer and District Coordinator of the Nasha Bandi Mandal, builds networks of NGOs, trains self-help groups and works with farmers alongside AFARM Pune. He received the District Youth Award from Nehru Yuva Kendra, Osmanabad.
